Making smoothies with Maddi

 

Join Maddi in her kitchen as she shows us how to make a healthy snack at home and to learn some mindfulness tips and tricks

Fruit Smoothie

What you need:

  • Honey

  • Yoghurt (any!, greek, coconut, vanilla)

  • liquid (any! water, almond milk, coconut milk, juice, regular milk)

  • Blender

Frozen of fresh

  • Bananas

  • raspberries

  • strawberries

Steps:

  1. Chop up your fruits into chunks that will fit in your blender

  2. put your Banana, strawberries and raspberries into your blender with 1tsp or desired amount of honey

  3. put 2-3tbs of yoghurt in your blender and add in your desired liquid until your blender looks half full (add more if needed)

  4. put the lid on your blender and blend away

  5. enjoy a healthy smoothie with your family (tip to make it colder you can add ice in before or after you blend)
