The Assistant Centre Director will assume the role of Nominated Supervisor during the Centre Director's scheduled leave periods, to ensure continuity in Baringa's support for children, families and staff.
During these periods, you will receive higher duties pay, and your own permanent role will be backfilled. You will work directly to the Executive Officer and be supported by the Management Team, Leadership Team and broader team of educators in a culture passionate about early childhood education.
This will be an internal recruitment only. A merit list will be created.

Qualifications and Experience Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in leadership roles
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A minimum of six years of experience in the profession
- Worked in varied age group from birth to five years
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education qualifications, working towards or willingness to commence tertiary qualifications.
- Worked with varied age groups from birth to five years.
